oddity group services supports all companies and divisions within the oddity group. Our 20-strong team handles accounting and finance, IT, legal, office & travel management, marketing and people & culture. We form the professional foundation on which the work of all our oddity colleagues is built. We are part of the oddity group.

What you can expect

  • You are responsible for all tasks of Talent Acquisition & Engagement as part of our Employee Lifecycle. This includes in particular tasks from the fields of operational and strategic Recruiting, Onboarding, Learn & Grow, Culture & Workplace Development, Employer Branding and Separation.
  • You are a service-oriented and reliable point of contact for our applicants, employees and leads.
  • You are passionate about recruiting talents and are constantly looking for new and creative ways to attract potential oddity colleagues to us and to make them interested in oddity through an excellent recruiting process.
  • You help to create a working environment that fosters the development of talent, the collaboration of teams and the engagement of each individual.
  • You are a strategic impulse generator and operational driver in oddity-wide as well as unit-specific project teams.
  • You work closely with your colleagues in People Operations and Corporate Marketing as well as other stakeholders.

What we'd love to see

  • You have a degree or comparable education in HR and at least 3 years of professional experience in the same or a similar role.
  • You have sound experience in the areas of responsibility described above and very good knowledge of German labour law.
  • You like the dynamic working environment of the agency world and have already worked in the same or a similar environment.
  • You are talented in asking the relevant questions at the right time, putting different information into the right context and analysing existing data in such a way that you can derive meaningful insights and recommendations for action.
  • You love making processes smarter, have solid experience in project management and enjoy working on innovative and creative projects.
  • You have an open and positive personality and stand out due to your sovereign appearance.
  • You are well-organised, attach great importance to a high degree of commitment and always think in terms of solutions - you and your word can be relied upon.
  • You have excellent communication skills and find it easy to communicate at all hierarchical levels - whether in German or English.

Creating immersive digital experiences through technology and emotional design fascinates him at least as much today as it did when he started his journey in the digital industry. Before he worked for oddity, he founded the Syzygy Group in 1995 and led it as CEO for 21 years.
