Our nearly 30-strong team comprises Accounting and Finance, IT, Legal, Office & Travel Management, Marketing and People & Culture. What you can expect

  • Identify key decision-making, influential stakeholders and build positive and persuasive relationships within Infosys and directly with companies
  • Creating well thought out responses, providing ideas and detail of how oddity can make a difference
  • Participate and lead in pitches, including answering RFIs and collaborating within cross-disciplinary teams to respond to RFPs
  • Contribute to the EMEA revenue growth with an agreed target for the DACH region and the manufacturing vertical
  • Be part of oddity and get a good understanding of the products and services and be able to advise others about them
  • Support the marketing and Go-to-Market-Activities
  • Provide regular reports on business development and pipeline activities
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes across digital and our key verticals
  • Working with the wider oddity team members to ensure new business materials, creds and case studies are up to date
  • Support the international Business Development Team in various operative tasks

What we'd love to see

  • Proven sales track record in Business Development or client services role, generating revenue and hitting targets for digital projects across the DACH region and the manufacturing vertical
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build quick rapport across the required stakeholders
  • Ability to identify and qualify real value opportunities
  • Understanding of the digital industry
  • Astute commercial acumen, with the capability to understand and prioritise requirements
  • Exposure to marketing activities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
