We have been the digital lead agency for dm-drogerie markt, Germany's best-loved retailer, for thirteen years now. We accompany dm´s transformation from brick-and-mortar retailer to omni-channel retailer. In close collaboration with dm’s operations in Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe, more than 50 creative minds oversee and develop the strategy and e-commerce platforms for dm in these countries, simultaneously handling all other online activities including social media, CRM, digital branding, campaigns and content marketing. With 350+ digital specialists in Stuttgart, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Belgrade, Taipei and Shanghai, oddity accompanies organizations as their partner in a digital world. oddity is part of Wongdoody, Infosys’ Human Experience Agency.

What you can expect

  • Creating innovative concepts, creative integrated campaigns and digital communication experiences for our client dm-drogerie markt
  • Focused idea generating and further developing, e.g. in the fields of digital campaigning, social media, influencer marketing, eCommerce, etc.
  • Active participating in brainstorming processes and project workshops in teams
  • Preparing data-driven analyses and research (market, competitors and target groups) and developing a sustainable, strategic basis
  • Working responsibly and proactively as part of interdisciplinary project teams (design, account management, UX, development, dm) to ensure that quality, budget and timing targets
  • Content support of customer projects from briefing to go-live
  • Professional guidance of interns

What we'd love to see

  • Comprehensive knowledge in the creation of digital communication strategies and concepts
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in an agency environment or a similarly dynamic work environment
  • Strong sense of brand and fascination for target group specific, digital communication
  • Lots of creative ideas and a good feel for new trends
  • Confidence in creating presentations (esp. with PowerPoint)
  • Proactive mindset, conceptual approach as well as solution-oriented thinking and acting
  • Team player mentality and strong communication skills for the interaction within team members as well as with clients
  • Excellent German language skills; very good additional English language skills are a plus
